When Takumi was acquired by Hurco Companies in 2015, a new Takumi Technology Center and Showroom was built in Indianapolis to serve the U.S. market and a comprehensive service and support network was established.

With our full service distributors offering a local solution, backed up by the regional technical specialists, an extensive repair and maintenance parts inventory at our U.S. headquarters, we provide a quick response to reduce downtime. At Takumi USA, machine support is state-of-the-art. Machines are tracked, tested and documented through the entire manufacturing process. U.S. mechanical and electrical engineers review the data to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ANSI safety standards. All recorded testing data is made available to the service and support staff to provide detailed knowledge of each individual machine. All stored digitally, these records are available in the field, to provide unparalleled access to the data needed to return machines to prime operating condition.
